Tears For You

My children why do you ask me for favour
When there are so many to save

I created you for a purpose
Yet you cry out to me for your own desires

I have only tears for you
Because you do not see

The many that are in prison
While here you pray so free

Your freedom is your power
But only if you know

That many lie locked in
By the rules that man have made

Ignoring the love that God gave
Until it was too painful to leave hidden

And the trapped souls charged out
Of their prison

Free at last
Free at last

Thank you Jesus
I am free at last

Beads

"The council has chosen you to fight in the Eagle Games." at last... Ezaal thought.. for he had trained himself well. Now it was time to show he was the one they could not beat.

"No... you will not go." his mother said , when he told her the news.

" But ma..." ...his heart broke.

" Look at this..." she openned he trembling hands...

" A string of beads..." that is what your father sent me...and he never returned.

" He was the best,... so they... sent him...to the blue jungle... to fight the evil one..

Now all I have is this string of beads..."

He could not remember his father.

A great warrior. He was a matyr...that was what he would hear again and again..

He held his ma...and remained silent.

He did not go for the meeting with the Council...

But in his heart he wanted to go to the Blue Jungle.... to face the evil one...

To avenge his father....

How could he leave....?

He spent the night under the tree where he spent hours fishing....

But not on this night...

On this night ... he ached inside and stared into the skies....

The stars seemed to come closer and closer...

Then a voice called him...

" Ezaal.....what are you doing here? "

He jumped up...

It was someone he did not know....

" You know my name..."

" I am the one who brought the beads for your mother.."

" You knew my father...how did he..."

" I believe he is still in the Blue Jungle..."

The answer came like a bolt. It shook his whole being.
